Spacious and practical rooms in a safe neighborhood, seems like there are a lot of students around here 🏢.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was functional and fairly quiet with a balcony. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided.

Really nice overall experience. Charming hotel located in a secure area close enough to trains using railway line close to property and the Popes palace and other sights. The studio suite with bathroom and a balcony plus shampoo...

The personnel at City Residence Avignon was very welcoming. Our suite with a balcony was perfect for our 5-night stay. the hotel's location near the center, the Popes' Palace, and other sights was convenient.

The rooms here were very roomy and peaceful, and they provided amenities like shampoo in the bathroom; the location was quiet and seemed to be in a student residence area.

Noisy residents during one night.

This place is a great spot with a wonderful and safe location, making it perfect for exploring the attractions nearby, and it's where I prefer to stay when I'm in the area.

I stayed in a hotel just outside the city center in a residence where there were many students. the location was not very nice, with untidy surroundings. the room was equipped with a little kitchen, a good fridge, and a very nice balcony with a table and chairs. the staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The bed in the room was uncomfortable, resembling a camp cot, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Absolutely charming place. Comfy beds. - Amicable staff. - A good choice of goodies for breakfast. - Iron/ironing board, work desk, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the apartment. - Secure and excellent location near the old town.

We had a great stay at City Residence. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the historic center and with convenient amenities nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The big balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for storing our bikes and enjoying meals. The staff, especially Matthew, was extremely helpful and friendly, even fixing a door lock issue promptly.

our stay at this apartment was excellent. It exceeded our expectations and was much better than our previous experience in Avignon. The staff was incredibly helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the breakfast option was a great addition.

Wifi was nonexistent.
